ADHD and Autism Combined Assessment

Cost effective Neurodiversity Diagnosis and Treatment mapping

In-Person:
£1995
Virtual:
£1995

ADHD and Autism overlap in more than 30% of adults, and they often explain each other — what looks like ADHD inattention can be autistic sensory overload; what looks like autistic social difficulty can be ADHD impulsivity. Assessing both together gives you one coherent picture of how your brain actually works, rather than two partial reports. It also makes masking much harder to miss. Many adults — especially women and high‑achieving professionals — use one set of traits to hide the other. A single‑track assessment tends to accept the mask at face value; a combined assessment is built to see through it.

What's Included

  • Full NICE compliant assessment
  • Comprehensive report
  • Reasonable adjustment report (optional)

Every report is written to NICE CG142 standards and structured so the receiving authority can rely on it without asking for further evidence.

Balance: The remaining balance must be paid via: Scheduled monthly instalments (to be completed during the diagnostic phase). Klarna instalment plan. Diagnostic Phase: Comprehensive ADHD Assessment (In-person in London or Virtual) with a Consultant Psychiatrist. Autism Assessment: If your Consultant identifies clinical traits of Autism during your ADHD assessment, a full Autism Assessment is seamlessly included at no additional cost. (Note: This is conducted only if clinically indicated by the medical team). Functional Assessment: A comprehensive mapping of your cognitive strengths, sensory profile, and the real-world impact of your neurodivergence, used to devise a Personalised Care Plan. Treatment Phase: 3 x Follow-up Titration Reviews with the Consultant to safely establish your medication dosage. Support Services: 2 x One-to-one Coaching Sessions to build neuroaffirmative executive function strategies. ECG and Cardiologist Interpretation (if clinically required or for patients aged 50+). Administrative Support (Zero Extra Fees): Shared Care Agreement (SCA) drafting and GP handover. Reasonable Adjustment letters for employers or universities. Travel certificates for carrying medication abroad. Medication Terms & Concierge Pharmacy To ensure safety and financial transparency, medication costs are included under strict conditions: Approved Medication Only: The package covers UK-approved/licensed ADHD medication only (Stimulants and Non-stimulants, e.g., Lisdexamfetamine, Methylphenidate, Atomoxetine). Excludes adjunctive medications (e.g., antidepressants, sleeping aids), which are billed separately. Concierge Pharmacy Requirement: To access the free medication benefit, prescriptions must be dispensed by Eton Psychiatrists' designated partner pharmacies. If you opt to use an external pharmacy, you are liable for the full medication cost and dispensing fees; Eton will not reimburse these. Supply Schedule: Medication is covered only when prescribed during the scheduled review appointments. No "repeat prescriptions" are issued between reviews. Shortage Protocol: If your specific medication is affected by national shortages, our Consultants may temporarily prescribe a safe alternative. If a shortage prevents any medication supply, your 3-month treatment window will be extended accordingly. Shared Care & Long-Term Support GP Transfer: We act in full compliance with GP requests and have successfully established Shared Care Agreements (SCA) for hundreds of patients. We will robustly advocate for your care transfer. ICB Disclaimer: Some NHS Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) have policies refusing all private Shared Care. Eton Psychiatrists cannot legally force a GP to accept an SCA. Refusal Contingency: If your GP/ICB refuses Shared Care, we will not abandon you. We will continue to monitor your health privately, and you will receive a 10% Loyalty Discount on medication costs for as long as you remain an active patient using our partner pharmacy. Scheduling, Expirations & Attendance The Titration Window: The treatment phase (the 3 follow-up appointments) must be completed within 3 months of your final diagnosis date. Compact, continuous care leads to better, safer outcomes. Exceptions: Delays caused by Eton Psychiatrists, national medication shortages, or genuine medical emergencies (e.g., pregnancy, severe illness) will extend this window. Expiration: If appointments are not utilised within the 3-month window due to patient disengagement, the package benefits expire. Subsequent reviews will be charged at £225, and medication costs will revert to the patient. Rescheduling: Dates and times can be changed up to 72 hours in advance free of charge. Changes made within 72 hours may result in the loss of that session credit. Early Withdrawal & Refund Policy Because this package involves intensive, high-value clinical work upfront, refunds are structured based on services rendered: Pre-Assessment: Cancellations made with more than 72 hours' notice before the first assessment will receive a full refund of the deposit, minus a £50 admin fee. Post-Diagnosis Withdrawal: If you choose to withdraw from the package after the diagnostic phase (ADHD Assessment, Autism Assessment, Functional Assessment) but before medication titration begins, you will be refunded the total package fee minus the standard standalone fees for the diagnostic assessments completed. Medical Discharge: If treatment ceases during titration due to medical contraindications (e.g., severe cardiac risks), the pathway will be adjusted to focus on coaching and non-medical support. Refunds for the "medication portion" are not provided once titration has commenced.

Educational Psychology Assessment

Private dyslexia or educational psychology assessment is essentially a "deep dive" into how a brain processes information. It isn’t a pass/fail exam; rather, it’s a series of puzzles and tasks designed to map out cognitive strengths and identifies exactly where the "bottlenecks" in learning occur.

Virtual:

At Eton, we move away from the traditional "deficit model." We don’t believe in the limiting label of a learning disability; instead, we view these assessments as a vital tool to help you understand your unique learning profile. Our goal is to uncover your innate strengths and identify your specific needs so that you can navigate your education with confidence and truly thrive.
